Choose a concern, not a label

You do not have to decide that you have a condition before taking a check. Read the description of each tool and choose the one that relates most closely to what you want to understand. Use the result as information, not a verdict.

Keep the time period in mind

Each instrument tells you which period to think about. That might be the last two weeks, the last month, or a longer stretch of time. Follow the instructions for that tool rather than answering only about today.

One check does not cover everything

A questionnaire is built around a limited set of experiences. Taking several tests will not create a complete evaluation. If you are unsure what fits or feel that your concerns are being missed, talking with a professional can be a better next step.

You can go straight to support

Screening is optional. Our resources are available without answering any questions. You can contact your primary care provider, explore a treatment directory, or reach out to a support service whenever you are ready.

A next step, at your own pace.

Explore a mental health check or find support near you.
